Summer course schedule changes must be requested through an online request form and approved by Summer and Winter Sessions.

Departments, please fill out the if you need to revise your department’s course schedule. Revisions include adding courses, cancelling courses or making changes to existing courses or course instructors. Please note you must be signed into your lol羺ƽ̨ State Google Account to complete this request form.

Students who wish to request a schedule change should download and complete the appropriate Office of the Registrar forms on the Red lol羺ƽ̨ Central Forms page.
